Our extended learning program consists of books, materials, and detailed lessons to support students as they develop important skills during school hours, at home, or on the go. The Extended Learning PACK is the perfect option for every day use.
A child’s early years are the most important in setting a strong academic foundation. Try our Extended Learning tools offered by The Sensory Station.
We believe language development, critical thinking, and creativity are crucial to foster strong intellect and imagination. Learning to read, write, and develop math skills becomes priority to parents and educators, however not always to children. Whether good or bad, the delivery of these skills will create a perspective about education and how a child will begin to explore their world. During this time, a positive attitude toward learning becomes key. The correct delivery of instruction helps children develop and maintain skills learned, whether in school or at home.
The Sensory Station now offers Extended Learning, consisting of at home materials to further develop and embrace the academic experience. The strategies incorporated into these materials were developed over many years of instruction and observation. Each item is intended as a means to complement The Sensory Station experience and bring additional value to our families. During this important time we have rolled out the following materials to support you as a parent and educator.
The Home PACK consists of The Sensory Station workbook, reader, audio – video instruction, and writing materials.
The Online PACK consists of The Sensory Station support learner, reader, video instruction, a visual-manipulative, and writing materials.
The Collaborative PACK is available to students of The Sensory Station and is customized to incorporate materials at home, online, and individualized lessons at TSS.
